In June 2000 Oxford Analytical Ltd was taken over by new owners who were keen to establish both a comprehensive Internet site and e-mail facilities for the company. The aim of the site was to promote awareness of the company's products and services, and also to reduce the administration overhead on staff by posting frequently requested information on the site.
